• At least 2 years experience in the healthcare industry with verification.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States 

• Valid State driver’s license for driving caregivers with clean DMV records

• Auto Insurance and Auto Registration

• State fingerprinting/ background checks/ livescan administered by the State of California.

• CPR/ First Aid CERTIFICATION

• Caregiver’s Liability Insurance (required)

• Caregiver’s Dishonesty bond (if applicable)

• Home Care Aide California Registered (required)

• Latest negative TB (Tuberculosis) screening test (must be within the last 6 months)

• Drug Test/ Screenings

• In-person interview & character screenings
